Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish and a Master of Public Administration (MPA), both from the University of New Mexico. Her academic path reflects a dual passion for understanding government systems and uplifting underserved communities. Being bilingual in English and Spanish, she is especially committed to helping bridge the gap for clients from immigrant and non-English-speaking backgrounds—ensuring they feel heard, respected, and informed.

She serves as a head leader of the Young Adults group at One Body Fellowship, a church based in Albuquerque’s South Valley. Her ministry work is a central part of her life, where she mentors and encourages young adults in their spiritual, personal, and professional journeys. This role allows her to guide others through transformative seasons in life, often supporting them as they navigate uncertainty with purpose and resilience.
